WHAT IS TSARISM?
Perhaps one of the most intriguing and obscure parts of Russia's history from the American/European and even Asiatic literary perspective would be the Romanov dynasty. Surely, at first I had concluded from Alexander I the conflict against Napoleon and thereof detested against the Russian Empire. And truly one may with those contemporary years, it would be the greatest mistake to appeal to the debt based banking system and its mere puppet states, however should one dismiss the last few organic aristocracies, we then see without thought and character the rise of Parliamentarianism and democracy now twisted, formless, changing. Therefore hindering the nobility of the last few crumbling Monarchy's.
Tsarism is simply Russian Monarchy, although the Romanov dynasty reigned from 1613-1917, we don't see this new type of Government until the 20th century most notably with Alexander III and Tsar Nicholas II.
GOVERNMENT
Quite interestingly Tsarism is simple. Of course this system is a type of Monarchy and so the Tsar's power is absolute, there was no legislative branch to elect individuals to the ministry therefore members we're handpicked by the Tsar and recognized as the imperial council. As one may imagine this simple almost feudal based system had no constitution but rather imperial decrees, no elected representative assembly, no federal courts, and no democratic process such is the nature of Monarchy. That said the Tsar's power was absolute and in this way we see the similarities between Tsarism and Fascism.
The Tsar only had two convictions to stand by, i.e. Laws of Succession and Adherence to the Russian Orthodox Church. The de facto Imperial Council was most significant than other bodies made up of ministers and were held under several portfolios such as foreign affairs, justice, finance, agriculture and defense.
Because of Russia's size the realization of second-tier officials was important, the Russian empire was divided into 117 provinces, regions, and districts. Each province was assigned a governor, was given little autonomy because of the size problem, and had police units and armies at his disposal. Local councils collected taxes and provided public services after the reforms of Alexander II, but Alexander III reduced their autonomy restoring power back to the Monarch.
It was a simple and effective Government, unfortunately it fell to the Bolsheviks in 1917 and ended the Romanov dynasty. Monarchy, after favored democracy and warring Communism was destroyed, it is the worlds greatest mistake to rid the world from the God ordained Nomos.
