Man oh man, if I were an art dealer or ran an auction house, I would really look hard into the authenticity of this document, because this is something that begs to be faked. The right paper, the right ink, and some good penmanship, and voila, three million smackeroos.

I would have a hard time trusting anybody saying something was legit. If they weren’t there to see it happen it could be fake. People are excellent and scummy. Anything can be faked.
