Clearly Hitler's plan to kill all the Jews was to provide them those swimming pools but without sufficient lifeguards.
Ever play the old Sims, and build a swimming pool for the Sim, but once they jump in it remove the ladder? So they just swim around in circles until they drown and die?
THAT was the nefarious plan, without question the greatest evil of the 20th century.
Reminds me of an old Hitler joke -
