Short answer, it’s not.
Anyone following along, go try to find any footage from the so-called moonwalks that doesn’t look like a goofy muppet show.
Alright, so if it's not possible and we have video of dust particles acting in a way that indicates a zero atmosphere, what would the conclusion be?
Can’t wait to see the totally realistic Apollo video you’re about to share with us!
Yeah, what are you talking about ??. You might wanna show these ' ... videos of dust particles that indicate zero atmosphere' because we'll show you video that by all appearances has just been slowed down. No dust 'hanging' in a zero atmosphere environment, continually drifting up and outwards by momentum but simply 'going up and then coming down ' as it would in normal earth gee when you speed up the video by something like x25%.
Dust particles wouldn't hang in a zero atmosphere environment because there is nothing keeping it suspended. The speed of the video doesn't change particles getting suspended in an atmosphere. If the video was only slowed down then all you'd have is slo motion dust hanging in the air. However in videos, like the one linked below, there is no suspension. It only drops to the ground which is impossible if there is an atmosphere.
