It viscerally offends me that Yiddish is on the "High German" branch. It's a language intentionally created to offend and insult the German language.

Pretty sure that was made by this woman (sssscomic.com). Well worth a read btw.

She also made this (minnasundberg.fi). Both comics are heavily steeped in norse and finnish mythology.

Only change I'd make to that tree image is to swap the positions of the Romance and Baltic/Slavic branches. The baltic/slavic branches should be closer to the germanic branch and the Celtic branch should be beside the Romance branch.
