This is so stupid it has to be a troll. They were allies, and the British did nothing to help them after the war. Their official policy was to protect Poland, and their unofficial one was to prevent the rise of a continental power. They accomplished neither, but managed to get tens of millions killed and to blow up their own empire in the process. Poland would have never picked a fight with Germany if they didn't have British guarantees.
