Eh no on vitamins and minerals too. They add a lot of chemicals to them. Plus synthetic vitamins are not as effective and actually can be dangerous because they can disrupt the delicate balance in the body. People, in general, but pregnant women in particular should only focus on healthy diet and lifestyle, not drugs
