Bravo, you cracked the code. When (((they))) require physicians to go through an undergraduate admission diversity and wrongthink sieve, a medical school diversity and wrongthink sieve, a redidency diversity and wrongthink sieve, and an employment diversity and wrongthink sieve, (((they))) get a group that will "trust the science" at (((their))) beck and call.

Just try to open a clinic without a medical residency. Lawers will be tearing you apart within a week. You are right, (((they))) centralized inistitutions, made the alternatives effecively illegal, and put themselves at the top. The solution in a system without them lobbying would be meritocracy, an idea which they absolutely despise so much as being brought up in conversation against them.

And it's doubly clever too: Most of the white professionals who make it through the sieve realise they're dependent on it. Just try suggesting to a lawyer or doctor they should have to compete with joe pubic. It's like telling a taximan uber is a good idea.

Dependent is an understatement. Female hypergamy is so out of control in our era, if a man loses his job for a few months, there is a huge chance that his wife will divorce him, take the kids, and demand child support, all enabled by the legal system and without recourse. Not even "conservatives" touch this problem, even if they are heckin "pro family" in speeches. Everything is against tradition and meritocracy at this point.
