I define it as the ability to "converse" with nature, as in read the frequencies abundant all around us.

Magick is the ability to manipulate energies. So true to that definition i believe they could control weather, for instance. Like the fabled rain dance for instance. Where the shamans danced in a dry desert, and through the focus they had, imagining they were soaking wet, felt the raindrops on their skin before it was. Nature followed suit and it started to rain.

But thats only a myth, dont know if anyone has proven it.

What i am hinting at is our lost connection with nature, and skills that were normal then, might seem magickal to us.

A book series that explains what i mean in better terms is called "the ringing cedars of russia"

I believe ind manifestation ind some way.

Okay could look into that.

Maybe what today's scientist's call quantum physics has something to to whit this.

Both egyptions and Christianity has something about the spoken word. I belive a lot ind the power of the spoken word.

I had a brief thought on this subject today. The thought was that the written word is "evil" and the spoken word is "good" reason being that the written word is trying to freeze the ever moving reality of the world and the spoken word "create" the ever evolving reality without holding it subject or locked to time. Of course I know that this is not a case that simple but the essence of it is maybe better to speak about then to write about.
