In the US young children used to be taught how to use a rifle in gradeschool less than 100 years ago.
No school shootings when the gun club was more active than the chess club.
No school shootings when dozens of White kids would bring actual guns to school.

In some districts in Russia the kids are run through drills to disassemble and reassemble rifles. Military version.
While Germany was teaching it's kids how to win wars the French were teaching their kids how to be nice.
Now theyd have to have counseling for PTSD and be put on anti depressants if you even mentioned teaching them how to load a gun
