Blacks are of subnormal intelligence, as a race, and have a culture that is based on crime, violence, abuse of women, drugs, alcohol, and perverse sex. The overall ethical level of blacks is much lower than that of whites. Very few niggers can resist the temptation to steal, and they all lie when confronted.
