Empire is not needed, a well armed free society is the place I want to be. If others fuck with you, destroy them. Otherwise leave them the fuck alone.
Got a historical example where that was even remotely achived and lasted? The catalonian anarchists are probably what came closest. Though they also had their hierarchies, like any tribe and society.
Democracy was first done by the Athenians. It was brand new and a high example of working toward individual liberty. The romans improved upon that and created a Republic which governed by laws that applied to all created by representatives voted upon. The US is a system very similar to the Roman one. Individual liberty is a high civilization mark, us dumb monkeys are working on getting civ to that level, but it's hard with all the retards around slowing the spread of knowledge and wisdom for their power trips. My point is that it is that just because Authoritarianism has gripped society for so long, doesn't mean there haven't been steps away from it like the examples I gave previously. It's not a pipe dream, it's simply a step up in civilization from where we are at. The smaller you make government and allow free markets in all aspects of life the more efficient things become.
Romans got jewed and so did the US, and it didn't take that long from them getting a food in the door to total subversion and soon global domination. Democracy is not robust enough to withstand jewish subversion. As Aristotle pointed out, you can only have democracy in a cohesive society, exactly what the "Nazis" tried to nurture. We are further away from that then ever in this clownworld zoo.
