Youtube-dl works for most sites including bitchute. There is a GUI version if you prefer that.

One thing that 100% works, if you're on desktop:
right click - view page source.
ctrl+f then type mp4 to get the direct link to the video (https://seed125.bitchute.com/lzy6cDi5Vhzh/AKEgAE0SiqK5.mp4)
One you have it loaded, right click/save video as.
