Yeah, I'm not sure about the Tesla/Edison thing but maybe would be a good one to look into. He just shows a lot of old articles and photos of the magnificent attractions they used to have. It's a view of history I've never seen myself and found it interesting. It turned out that most of these sites burned down in just a 10 year period. Some of the sites seemed overly fantastical that it's hard to believe some of the numbers.
