Honestly, I wish they'd postpone it for two years, to coincide with the winter Olympics in 2022. I think they'd generate more buzz by going back to having both Olympics in the same year. It made it seem more special because it was held less often. The way it is now there's an Olympic of one sort or another every two years and it's boring.

That actually makes a lot of sense.
For even better effect they should pick two countries who absolutely hate each other to both host one.

Edit: They should at least not pick the host cities based on who gives them the biggest pallet of cash.
