Its because they found it in 2015 and gave him 2 years to sell the items to a museum or collector. He didnt do it, so they trialed him and he got fuked. I think he is to blame. Should have got rid of the items, sell them to a museum, make some money from it. You cant use them anymore either way. Whats the point of keeping them anyways.

people should be allowed to keep whatever weapons they want. if you have the cash buy a new tank for all i care. the better armed the population, the more polite people will become imo.
people would know that fuckery or impolite behavior can get you killed. they'll let small stuff go and not escalate shit. small stuff wouldn't even occur knowing the other party has the weapons to end it all.
