the first action and most important action to be taken with a pest/parasite infestation is to cut off the free food supply. this goes for ants, rats, pigeons, tweakers, homeless, illegal immigrants, and jews. we would solve most of the problems in the world by cutting off free shit for all of these pest/parasite groups.

Do it right and aboveboard; get together with business owners in your community and offer to move the homeless to Los Angeles. If a coalition of such people did this they could gather enough money to send tens of thousands of homeless to Los Angeles and even provide an address in Los Angeles for them to get their driver's license and help expedite their social program application in the state of California.

Many homeless would gladly take you up on the offer and would probably never return.
