What are the overall homicide rates by year over the last 10 years for each city?

There’s no backtracking or lies. Both articles are truthful.

It literally states in the first paragraph “A spike in violent crime in London saw more murders committed in the city in February and March than there were in New York, figures show.”

Either way, no NYC is not more violent than London.
