I think (((hollywierd))) made (((their))) updated version of this in the 2013 Hansel and Gretel Witch hunters movie. If I remember correctly, didn't (((they))) portray Hansel and Gretel to be almost as evil as the "witches" they were hunting? They gave them a sick twisted side I believe.
