I've never benched. I almost failed PE in highschool because I didn't do shit.
I rode dirt bikes on the hardest trails available in the mountains, swam in the rivers for hours on end, and ran long-distance track races.
While 315 is a good bench, don't get lost in the gym mentality; also go out and DO things.
I used to do 4 reps of deadlift with 405 lbs. Do you realize how strong that is? How many men walking around do you think could do that?
That's great, I am not pushing down on you, and am excited for your accomplishments and hard work. I am pointing out that we all do things differently, and as long as we are all achieving our goals we can move forward as a cohesive group.
Not many.
DL uses 90% of the body's muscles.
