No, males chasing females to mate, females forcing males to compete for her is not human, it is THE RULE THROUGHOUT THE ANIMAL KINGDOM. And why is this? Are females just mean? No. Females are forced to be more selective of every mating opportunity because as egg carriers, gestators, primary care takers, they have far more resources invested in each reproductive act. If a male chooses poorly , his investment is small. If a female chooses poorly her investment is much larger. Females take a much larger risk than males when they are impregnated. Males can afford to be less picky. Monogamy ameliorates this risk disparity a bit. The society has largely abandon monogamy for polygamy. Polygamy leads to a disparity in reproductive opportunity among males and a commoditization of females. It is a system that is objectively worse in many ways for both the majority of males and females. Feminists complain about women being objetivized, males complain about hypergamy. Its all part of the same problem. But go ahead with your fruitless screeching about mean females. Dont try to understand the problem under any circumstances
