I agreed with your points about unity/division being important and not seeing women as enemies, I just thought there was sense in the article too. It was hyperbolic and dramatic focusing on rape but honestly most content here is a bit frantic so that’s to be expected and I just take what I can from them.
If that were true we’d all be booking plane tickets to Mecca to find an Ahmed or an Omar to make all our dreams come true by making us a concubine in his harem and making us walk around town in a burka between beatings.

Don’t be so dramatic. I think kids have a similar drive, it just feels good and safe when someone else is in control. If you’ve ever been on a date where the guy just takes care of everything and you don’t have to worry about anything except showing up, and it felt good... that’s the drive I’m talking about. Some women readily admit this to varying degrees and as a man you get immediate positive feedback when you do it the right way but call me a rapist if you want.
When men talk to each other we’re sometimes very literal and describe things in a way we can understand, which is different from how women describe things because we’re not women. You’re going to have to deal with that if you’re going to butt into other peoples conversations to insult them in a heavily male space.
Primal drives effect all of us. Truthfully, this article has not touched on any primal drives that I have actually experienced (as a uterus owning individual) or my friends have reported.
