The House episode had a XY person who looked like a woman, and if something like that were to actually exist, no one would call it a man...no matter how much it might want to be one. Though I doubt that would be a problem as the episode showed that the shemale was living like a king due to the male brain + hormones turning it into a weaponized thot, and no one who has discovered that being female is living life on Easy Mode would want to give that up; f2m trans seem to always go back. >She's still a barren woman though so in case of accidental marriage, she gets sent back to her parents. Makes sense to me.
