Yeah, you'd like to think this is how the Jew feels, but it isn't completely accurate. Don't get me wrong, a Jew will writhe in any situation where he is present with someone who is capable for the task at hand in a way the said Jew isn't. The insecurity runs deep. But on the whole, in the bigger scheme of the world and of life, the things that they are resentful about are sort of consumed in the fire of a sprawling sense of supremacy.

You have to understand that the Jew truly believes that he understands reality and God in a way that you do not, and that his history, tradition, attainment of Torah and mitzvot literally elevate him above you spiritually/cosmically in ways he knows you don't even grasp.

So on the level of the crude and the physical, the Jew can absolutely harbor resentment, especially if it makes the slightest inadequacies visible. But let's not discount the reasons that Jews believe they are chosen, because at least a good amount of their frustration comes from the fact that those reasons are things they must hide. In other words, you can show them why you are superior when the porch falls down and you are able to swing a hammer and strike a nail, but the Jew (other than material wealth and status) cannot even tell you why they are superior to you. This is literally not just for the sake of secrecy, but on account of the fact that they authentically believe you couldn't grasp it - truly, that it would be dangerous for you to be able to grasp it.

Autism is characterized by this overwhelming sense that you just don't belong anywhere, that you are somehow different from everybody around you. I think that being a Jew is, in this sense, like a form of autism. They know they are different from you in a fundamental way, but they can never tell you why, and so they are always compelled to use the hidden reasons why they believe themselves to be different in order to demonstrate it in indirect ways - by gaining wealth and power to move your nations according to their will, which they know is commensurate with God's Will (for secret reasons).
