Translation of the text written at the Entrance to the Temple of the Egyptian Goddess Sekhmet, Karnak Temple

I only ask you to enter my house with respect. To serve you I do not need your devotion, but your sincerity. Neither your beliefs, but your thirst for knowledge. Enter with your vices, your fears and your hatreds from the greatest to the smaller ones, I can help you dissolve them.

You can look at me and love me as a female, as a mother, as a daughter, as a sister, as a friend, but never look at me as an authority above yourself. If the devotion you have for any god, It is greater than the one you have for the God that is within you, you offend them both and you

Oh man, now I'm heading down another intellectual rabbit hole!

I usually don't get too hard on myself if I don't understand what is is talking about on the first listen through :-) That CTMU has a lot of terms I had never heard of and I frankly haven't dedicated enough time to all of its facets.

I had to bookmark a few links so I can come back to them later. I actually have to get some work done today. ;-)

No, should I? I'll look into it.

He likely is the smartest man alive and has similar views on God. Modest humble man that is smart enough to stay away from the fray of the think tanks that would have corrupted him. He had a channel on rubble that has a fair amount of videos that he has done.

I know who he is. I haven't read anything of his. I've been searching for God and have come full circle back to the roots of paganism. All modern religion, and I do mean all, are able to be traced directly to Babylon. The worship of the cube. Ball worship. This includes Christianity. The cross folds into a cube.

Thomas Campbell's "My Big TOE" says pretty much the same thing, but is a much easier read. Both say pretty much the same thing the Hermetics and Platonics were saying thousands of years ago.
