I think the blood thing is totally plausible, and mixing it with khazar theory is well poisoning. They love doing that. They mix a truth they want to hide (blood rituals) with a lie that others can debunk (bs khazar theory). The end result is the both areas are considered "debunked" in the mind of the casual reader.
