Edit: I’ve read the David Duke article now. I’ll have to parse the vampire connections, because while the Khazar theory doesn’t hold water, it doesn’t mean that Europeans didn’t have folk tales intended to tell children so they should steer clear of the phenotypes.

I think the blood thing is totally plausible, and mixing it with khazar theory is well poisoning.
They love doing that.
They mix a truth they want to hide (blood rituals) with a lie that others can debunk (bs khazar theory).
The end result is the both areas are considered "debunked" in the mind of the casual reader.
