Civilization is biological. All other hominids are races. If it was possible for them to have descendants then they are races. Evolution is largely not a product of mutation. That is a phenomenon that accounts for 0.5% of what evolution is. Evolution is an alteration in the distribution of genes present within a population. Genes for civilization exist within humanity and genes for non-civilization of humanity exist. The "great leap forward" or "late neolithic" was basically just a genocide of pre-agricultural hominids. A genocide of people for whom long term planning didn't exist and eusocial concepts of not just taking whatever you see were not present. We see that the agricultural revolution of Europe caused about a 90% replacement of the population through genetic research. For the expansion of post-agricultural man to occur the post-agricultural man had to exist before it. There for it is reasonable to think civilized people existed before our noted spread of it. (Europe had two beneficial great replacements. One replacing neanderthal with homosapian, and the other of pre-agriculural homosapian with post-agricultural homosapian. That does not necessarily require migration but might). We can also see that it can go backwards. Around 500AD, in the great plains of Northern America, there was civilization. A cataclysm occurred throwing that civilization into the "woodland period." A dark ages that unlike ours lasted indefinitely and was much more significant leading to virtually no civilization while our dark ages still had cities. What caused such a sudden and permanent destruction of civilization? Perhaps the untermench genocided the civilized completely and fully. All peoples have some of the uncivilized's dna within them. The uncivilized have their own genetic imperative, and we wouldn't see their genes around if they were entirely incapable of pursuing it. Anywhere you see an uncivilized people or a civilized one you are seeing the remnants of a past war in which one side or another got to shape the distribution of genetics in that population. It may be that not only have niggers not benefited from the same advancements as ourselves but that their own population has taken action to cultivate a worse population. Anywhere there are kind, principled, organized, self-planning people, they will stick together and be more successful in many ways to their neighbors. It is the genetic imperative of such people to destroy or resist those that will not allow for organization (by stealing farmed products and disregarding property). It is the genetic imperative of those untermench to not be destroyed but to destroy first, and they can be successful at it. In essence civilization didn't start at 6,000 BC. The popularization of civilization-capable people started at 50,000 BC, through the popularization of civilization capable genes. Also if you admit that bronze tools aren't really a critical element of the social aspect of civilization the popularization of civilization starts closer to 50,000 BC. If you have villages and farms and permanent settlements and structures, and personal property, you are civilized.
