I didn't see anything about her being a Neanderthal. The tools aren't Neanderthal. Much later than Neanderthals. Nine thousand years ago is way too late than the current consensus for the end of Neanderthals. At best they ended perhaps 20000 years ago. I don't believe there is any evidence of Neanderthals in North America at this point.
