Is this shocking to anyone at all? There is a reason that hard working people that don't eat a lot of "processed" stuff tend to live longer.
I don't know of a lot of city people that make it into their late 90's. Many of them (in the last decades) have very processed diets, don't do physical jobs and just waste away before they even get to their mid 70's.
