Hartstein, an assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Arizona. She and other researchers have been taking a closer look at the evidence, which suggests that blue light alone may not be causing poor sleep. And in some cases, screen use could even help you drift off.

For the old guys. Blue dot conversions. Why can you see the tiny blue don’t in the tail light eons away, Ana not the read.

Wave length. Blue travels farther, by orders of magnitude. Fucking stop lights should have been blue, brake lights too (I digress).

That long wave length penetrates the air so much farther. I eyes can see it better. Now think of that blue wavelength as a fucking laser you stare at all day long. Yeah you wouldn’t do that.

But kids do. Meaning even people my age.

I also agree, entire house is 2700k light. Nothing looks like a Walmart parking light around me. The sun set is yellow to orange for a reason. It tells the brain to start shutting down, turns on the melatonin. Sunrise is the exact opposite, more blue light tells the brain to wake the fuck up, go find food, kill meat, make babies, create civilization.

Obligatory light is White because it works.

Well, Making red light is easier to make than blue light (LED's).

Red light also doesn't fuck your night vision so having a fuck load of blue light at night would really fuck up your night vision and that would suck balls.

Fun random thing. One of the things that is brought up on "how you can tell the universe is moving AWAY from you" is because its all red-shifted, not blue shifted. If something is moving toward you, it will be blue-shifted, if its moving away, it will be red-shifted.
