What a weirdly worded title. Boosting worsening health? Should have been "Reverse worsening health."

Editorial quality of newspapers and now web content has plummeted continuously since the 1980s. Now add in AI content generators, and stuff like this becomes the rule rather than the exception.

Caveat: only if that milk is contains the A2 version of the protein (casein) AND the animal isn't loaded with chemicals, drugs and hormones, and the animal is only fed actual nutritious food for it (no feeding animal parts to a vegetarian cow).

I drink milk with virtually every meal at home, usually diet coke when going out to eat. I've done it all my life. I put away most of 3 gallons a week.

I have not shrunk a mm in height, never broken a bone, have no arthritis or joint issues. I'm a firm believer in good milk. The local dairy (now owned by others) making it used no hormones or other crap in their cows, add vitamin A and D to the milk. Tastes delicious. I like the 1% or 1.5% milk fat versions best.
