Why do I feel like this will actually be used for OVER-diagnoses and OVER-medication like what always seems to happen?

This is BS, trying to establish that rising autism rates have a genetic cause when It’s actually brain damage from environmental factors, mostly vaccines, but also the poison in our food, water, and environment.
They would just say that the countries that have lower rates don't check for it or diagnose properly.
