This is super prevalent in animal/pet meds as well. Took my cat buddy to the vet and they gave me a "pain medication" that has death as a side effect. Fucking stuff causes something called "torsade de pointe" (happens in people too) where the lower heart chambers beat super fast and erratically, as well as some other dangerous side effects. They don't give a shit and never will.
