“Nano-aluminum being dropped into the atmosphere is being inhaled by humans,” Blaylock stated, adding that the particles travel “directly into the brain.”

Take a spectroscope and analyze the sunlight with it. If you see absorption lines that line up with the spectral absorption of aluminum, then there may be some credence to this claim. If you don't get absorption lines from aerosolized aluminum nano-particles, well this means there's no empirical evidence of this claim.

Aluminum nano-particles would remain airborne a long time due to their small size. Their concentration in the atmosphere would have to be quite significant to affect humans. That should mean there is enough aluminum in the air to get absorption lines showing on a spectroscopic analysis which can be made at home with a web cam, a DVD and a few other everyday items. The software is free/open source and there are large libraries of spectral analyses of many materials available online, including aluminum.

There should be no excuse for making such a claim while not having spectroscopic evidence to back it up.
