Just seems simpler to me to eat less and exercise more. I understand that some people have problems and diet and exercise don't work for them.

No magic pill, you can do like super dumb people and boot coke or other tard actions with only your skeleton becoming weak and your organs dying. Only a person that doesn't think about consequences at all could do that. Like half of hollywood sex symbols are that stupid and many just actors that have the brains of rocks.

I almost went onto that but the dr told me I have to record a bunch of shit and I won't even do blood sugar testing ever, glad I didn't now. Symptoms include shitting yourself while have sex with wife/husband, uncontrollable farting, and looking good baby minus the brown stain on all your pants in the back.

It really is that easy. People just lack discipline.

A week or two of going one meal a day and you're used it and it's no big deal after that.

Add walking or any activity with and be consistent with it and the pounds will fall off.

I know because I'm doing it. No need for mystery meat injections.
