She wants the D
Please remember to take vitamin K with your D. K2 is your friend when you are dealing with D3.
Tell me more.
You want to get K2 that has mk4 and mk7 in it together or separately. Those are two of the main forms of K2 that are commercially available.
Isn't there a risk of blood clots from K2?
K2 is needed to move the calcium that the D3 is allowing your body to grab out of your blood and into your bones and other places where you need it. If you take calcium you need to take D3 to make it available to sue, then the K2 helps move it where it belongs. Otherwise, you aren't doing any good.
