At this point basically everything in the "American Diet" is killing you. Simplify what you eat. Get rid of processed stuff (other than dry/salt preserved or fermented). If you want bread, order flour from Europe that was not treated with "round-up" (glycophosphates) and bake your own.
Also, the tap water is probably killing you now too. Get a multi-stage reverse osmoses filter.
