When I was growing up your parents made you hang out with a friend/family member or some kid from school when they caught chicken pox so you would get it, get over it and not have to deal with it again. Yeah, They absolutely are "over vaxing" kids for profit. They should be investigated and when obviously found guilty fined (and not a small one, the vast majority of their wealth) and they should be tossed into jail for the max possible time.
