William Melissen, 51, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2020, which he and attorneys successfully argued was a result of using Roundup for nearly three decades starting in 1992. Melissen and his wife Margaret sued Bayer in 2021, with the verdict decided by a state court jury in Philadelphia on Thursday.
