Just more fraud. Most of the "White" countries (including America) have programs that promote non-White Male owners. You get extra points if you are not White and you are Female. I worked for a corrupt as fuck contract company for a little while where the Male owner/boss changed their ownership so his wife was a 51% owner so they could get more government contracts.
