Hmm, it's ultra processed foods? Really? So, if you corrected for diet, the cancer rates would clearly show a positive correlation with highly processed foods (which I'm sure there would be) and also no correlation for people who do not consume a significant amount of highly processed foods. People in the US have been eating a highly processed food rich diet for many decades, the hypothesis that this is only now causing an increase in cancer in the young is weak and would require significant work to remove other confounding variables. The article itself seems to be quite vague on what exact studies are relied on, merely mentioning that "studies" show the presumed effect. Without knowing the veracity of those studies, it would be impossible to determine whether they are correct, or whether they account for the recent increase in cancer. The latter charts in the article are laughable, showing decade level resolution of cancer rates is all but pointless.

Eating a shit diet will make you sick, which could include cancer, but that does not necessarily mean that the current increase in cancer in young people is a result of that. People ate "Hot Pockets" in the 90s. The anecdotal evidence that can be seen of a noticeable increase in the death of highly affluent people (business people, politicians and entertainers, etc) who would typically not be susceptible to the typical risk factors, and also have access to much better health care, would tend to suggest that there is a cause other than highly processed foods.
