There have been a couple of studies that show regular blood donation can remove heavy metals and possibly even forever chemicals/microplastic from your body. I could be a good idea to do just because of that.

I think that has gone back and forth a bunch of times at this point. I know at one point Red Cross refused vaxed blood. Not sure if that is still true. If it is, that would be why the donation levels are so fucking low... No stock.
