I can't recall, off the top of my head, a single food-borne-illness scare sourced from meat. Everything I can recall is (((vegetable))) sourced. IT'S AS THOUGH WE ARE LIED TO.

Most are not aware of this but the vast majority of "food poisoning" that you get from eating at a restaurant or fast food place is because of the vegetables.

That is partially because we know what temp's you cook meat to make it almost guaranteed to be safe. Now, if you like it rare then its on you if you get sick but even then its less likely.
