Sounds like a prion disease. They might have eaten foods that contain prion-rich tissues. Definitely something to look into, but apparently they don't want anyone to (((notice))).

Edit: Read the article. Sounds like they're going to use Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease again to get us to stop consuming beef. They're probably doing a test run to see how well their new tainted beef supply works on the population. We're really going to need a lot of fibrous plant material woven into long, twisted bundles for DotToSV if this true. Hell, we'll need it even if it's not true because I'm certain this is not a natural disease.

Their going theory is a toxic level of contact with pesticides. That is also possible as well though.
