I've been saying this for so long I can't remember when I first read it. Now when people give me a side eye and think im nuts I just bring out one of the MANY studies over the last few years that show a direct impact on IQ and behavior.

I've been getting reverse osmoses distilled water for years and don't even use tap water to cook anymore.

I just wish I was on some land somewhere with my own well. That would be even better.

I have a well and I put in a 1 micron whole house filter. No fluoride in any water, toothpaste, or mouthwash for me or my kids. I use hydrogen peroxide for mouthwash for me.
