Drink water. Everything else will cause obesity or cancer. Dairy is for Whamen and children. Men have no use for dairy if they have access to a grocery store.

You beat me to it. I came here to say this. Water. Good water, and plenty of it. Out of the ground from a known good source if you can get it.
