The only thing I get is that one in the middle and you can dismiss it with a click. It doesn't really stop anything.

I couldn't get it to clear, it left a gray overlay so I tried the extension and it removed the big signup blob and the gray overlay.

Hmm. It may be that I run a tracker blocker, who knows.
