The last time I was in one of those was for my shoulder. I didn't realize how hot they get and I was wearing a flannel shirt. They immobilized me and then put headphones on that were blown out and barely worked. Then they put on some of the worst music I've ever heard in my life at a volume that drove me crazy. Then I went into the small tube and had a pure white background illuminated barely an inch away from my face. And they wanted me to sit there for 45 minutes. I said loudly you got to turn the music off and get these headphones off of me. They turn the music off and I was able to shake the headphones away from my ears. Then I closed my eyes and fell asleep for 45 minutes. To say it was awful is being kind.
