Guy I know has to use stuff like this daily- I mean, a few years back they found traces of jet fuel in blood pressure medications manufactured in india. I believe the company was aurobindo pharma. I guess the dates of manufacture and range of lot/serial numbers was too large to be comfortably published by FDA who now relies on blind people to fill out the complaint form in order to act.
